RETURNS

BEYOND provides the option to return an item within 14 days of its delivery. Beyond this timeframe, returns cannot be accepted. To initiate this process, please send an email to support@beyondclo.com with the subject line “RETURN” and include your order number.
Please note that all returns do not cover shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping the item to the address we provide. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we can only cover shipping costs in cases where the item is found to be faulty.

BEYOND holds the privacy of our clients’ information in high regard. This data is kept secure and confidential, and it is never shared with external parties. Rest assured, your information is safe and encrypted.

SHIPMENTS

We facilitate both national and international shipments. Our orders are shipped via Correos. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Europe and 3-7 business days worldwide. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Is it possible to cancel an order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
I mistakenly provided the wrong address for my order. Can it be corrected?
If you’ve provided an incorrect address, please email support@beyondclo.com immediately with the subject line “INCORRECT ADDRESS,” and we will make every effort to address this issue promptly. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be re-sent.

Machine wash with cold water, avoid using a dryer and do not dry clean.
